New FZSD kindergarten teacher, Hayden G shares her reason for joining Fort Zumwalt. "I am most excited to join FZSD because I am carrying on a family legacy! Both my mother AND grandmother taught in Fort Zumwalt. Some of my fondest memories include helping my mother prepare her own classroom at Fort Zumwalt West for the upcoming school year, and presenting my grandmother's memorial scholarship each year at South High to graduates hoping to pursue a career in education. I am absolutely thrilled to be following in their footsteps!"

New 5th grade teacher, Evan Simpkins,  shares his excitement in joining FZSD. "I am most excited to join the Fort Zumwalt School District beacuse of the amazing students and staff who work to make a lasting impact on the community."
