Facilities & Construction

From design phase to construction, to continuing maintenance our Facilities and Construction department oversees the care of our 31 buildings and accompanying 650 acres. Fort Zumwalt schools and student support centers such as our Transportation Center and Warehouse comprise 2.5 million square feet of floor space, and roof space.
